docs: rework NumericUpDown examples in demo apps - #4095

Previously, entire sections of NumericUpDown examples were wrapped in a single `smtx:XamlDisplay`. This change reworks the examples to wrap each individual NumericUpDown control or small group of related controls, providing more focused and easier-to-understand XAML snippets in the demo application.

The
NumericUpDownexamples felt somewhat minimal, so I reworked the existing samples and added several new ones to better showcase the controls capabilities.Additionally the
NumericUpDownpage was missing entirely in the Material Design 3 demo app, so it has been added there as well.
